1. Warranty Coverage
Repair Warranty: All repairs completed by NAS IT Services are covered under a 90-day warranty from the service date. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship related to the repair performed.
Service Warranty: General IT services, such as troubleshooting, network setup, and configuration assistance, are covered under a 30-day warranty from the service date. This warranty ensures the quality of the service provided.
2. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
The following circumstances are excluded from this warranty:
Unauthorized Modifications: Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than NAS IT Services void this warranty.
Physical Damage and Environmental Conditions: Issues resulting from physical damage, accidents, power surges, or environmental factors (e.g., water exposure) are not covered.
Third-Party Interference: Problems arising from third-party hardware or software, or modifications made after the repair/service, are excluded.
3. Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact support@nasitservices.com within the warranty period. Include:
Your full name and contact details
Proof of service (invoice or receipt)
A description of the issue and any supporting documentation
Our team will assess your claim, which may include a follow-up inspection or further instructions.
4. Repair and Service Resolution
Repairs: If a covered defect is found, NAS IT Services will perform any necessary repairs at no cost.
Services: If a service issue arises within the 30-day warranty, we will work to resolve the problem promptly.
5. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to re-performing the repair or service under warranty. NAS IT Services is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruptions.
